Bought four Michelin’s online, scheduled an an online appointment for later that day, and went shopping at the mall as the tires were installed. Best tire buying experience I have ever had. It was totally effortless.

I was passing through Iowa City on a road trip from Memphis to Minneapolis when I noticed a slow leak in my right rear tire. The team quickly inspected the tire, found a large nail in the tread, and repaired it professionally at no charge. They got me safely back on the road in no time. Friendly, honest, and efficient service. I truly appreciate the help and highly recommend this location.

Chris Riggle is a 5/5. Outstanding customer service and very kind. Gave me a free socket for my specific tires when I didn't have enough to purchase. Grateful for Chris in helping me out!

i went in because i had a slow leak on my tire and the guy at the counter barely makes eye contact, just grunts and tells me to leave my keys. I wait, and wait, and wait. Finally, he calls my name and says they can't find the leak but my tires are "basically bald" and I need a whole new set. I'm no tire expert, but I know they weren't THAT bad. I ask him to show me, and he gets all huffy, like I'm questioning his tire wisdom. He points vaguely at the tread and mumbles something about safety. I decide to get a second opinion, so I ask for my keys back. and then he told me he can't find them. They "misplaced" my keys. I'm standing there, fuming, while they tear apart the shop looking for them. An hour later, they finally find them under a pile of paperwork. No apology, nothing. Just a shrug. I drove away with my slow leak. never going back. the whole experience terrible and horrible customer service.

Best service experience I have received in a while. I had originally gone to a local dealership to see what was wrong with my vehicle in which I was met with inconsistencies and misinformation in what was actually wrong with my vehicle. I decided to get a second opinion at Discount tire and to say I was extremely satisfied would be an understatement. Not only did Anthony make sure my car was inspected within every inch, he also explained everything in detail and offered insights that were very much needed in a frustrating situation and I am so grateful for. Instead of being confused like the last dealership placed my mindset in, Anthony was thorough and consistent and offered compassion for what I was going through. The service that I received at Discount tire was what I can say confidently the best I have had in a long time. I highly recommend them, 5 stars all around. I appreciate all you guys do. Thank you so much again for the kindness!!
